DSC Launches “HR Pulse"


Dubai Sports Council has launched a distinctive package of smart services through a new comprehensive device, called “Human Resources Pulse", targeting DSC's staff.


The “HR Pulse", launched by respective bodies in DSC's Human Resources Sec., is part of the innovative & fruitful initiatives to find smart solutions, bring happiness to staff, brief time & invest resources.


The device provides 16 operations & 27 services simultaneously. DSC's staff were fully acquainted with all services, provided by the device.


In this regard, the device meets employee's needs around the clock including letters & documents along with printing of these letters & reports and sending the same through email to the various governmental departments with electronic ratification code. The device is considered as an archive for DSC & the employee himself at the same time as it comprises all reports, data, documents, performance plans and leaves schedule for each employee. The device may identify employee through his ID No. or Emirates ID.


H.E. Mattar Al-Tayer, the Deputy Chairman of DSC, has launched the service in the presence of DSC Board's Members, H.E. Saeed Hareb, the Secretary General of DSC and H.E. Naser Aman Al-Rahma, the Assistant Secretary General of DSC.


H.E. Mattar Al-Tayer lauded the launch of the device and praised the massive services & operations, held by the same. He blessed the considerable efforts of DSC's staff, who have designed & executed this device in collaboration with specialized smart services company. The device is situated at the main hall of DSC, so that it will be available for all staff around the clock. The external body of the device takes sports shape with one screen easily used through touch.


The device is designed by a qualified group of DSC's staff; these are: Mr. Saleh Al-Marzouqi, Director of Corporate Support Dept. in DSC, Ms. Sheikha Rabei & Ms. Sarah Al-Haj.  


Mr. Saleh Al-Marzouqi thanked H.E. Mattar Al-Tayer toward his support and fruitful initiatives to secure success & progress of work in DSC, hailing H.E.'s proper directives to DSC's staff in order to cope with latest developments and to innovate new models of work to boost the sports sector.


He also thanked H.E. Saeed Hareb, the Secretary General of DSC, who encourages the Council's staff to present creative initiatives and provide happy environment of work for all staff.


Mr. Al-Marzouqi remarked: “This device provides 43 operations & services through one screen. It is launched as part of DSC's strategy to meet the staff's needs, encourage employees to complete accurate & fast services, increase level of job happiness & satisfaction and present accurate statistics & documentation for services, performed by each employee. Thanks to this device, only few employees are needed to run operations & provide services, since the respective employee himself can carry out respective works, update data and add new documents to his own file via simple operations, taking into account that all these procedures may take few seconds only".


The device presents several services ; among which are: necessary documents for each employee such as recruitment documents, strategic plan, DSC's Law, powers guide, job description, introductory program for new recruited staff, financial allowances policy, attendance & departure system, people of determination recruitment policy, promotion program, training & development policy, summer trainings program, professional behavior guide, Emiratization policy, attraction & appointment policy, job description development, official holidays. The device also provides certificate request services and plans of work … etc.   ​
