2.Create an account and obtain a user name
3.Click on e-services icon to apply for registration
4.Select the concerned sports establishment
5.Fill all the required field.
6.Wait on the verification of the submitted request
7.Receive approval/refusal/pending in order to complete information
8.Get the final sports establishment registration approval
